What Can Be Returned
Fast Lane Car Parts LLC accepts returns on purchases made within 30 days of the original purchase date under any of the following circumstances:
✓ The item arrived defective, incorrect, or was damaged during transit.
✓ The part is not compatible with your vehicle.
✓ The item failed while being used as intended.
✓ You no longer require the part, ordered the wrong one, or simply changed your mind.
For items confirmed to have a defect or failure, you may qualify for a refund by sending the item back. For all other return scenarios, the item must be unused and in its original condition, complete with all components and original packaging — both the product and its packaging must be in resalable condition. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by Fast Lane Car Parts LLC for all eligible returns.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you may do so at any time and receive a complete refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is straightforward and involves three simple steps:
Step 1 — Submit Your Request by contacting us on +1-877-418-3410 or emailing us at support@fastlanecarparts.com and indicating your reason for the return. To help speed up the review process, you’re welcome to attach supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or mechanic inspection reports, along with any additional comments.
Step 2 — Send the Item Back Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest UPS or FedEx location
Step 3 — Receive Your Resolution After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement order or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Important Conditions & Exceptions
Please review the following terms before submitting a return:
✓ Refunds are issued for the original purchase price of the product and will be returned to your original payment method within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.
✓ If a refund to your original payment method is not possible, we will notify you by email and work with you to find an alternative solution, such as issuing the refund through PayPal.
✓ For orders that include add-on items, all items in the order must be returned together. You may keep an add-on item only if you pay the full listed price on our website.
✓ Fast Lane Car Parts LLC covers return shipping costs through our prepaid label for eligible returns. We do not reimburse any customer-paid shipping fees, labor charges, installation costs, or other related expenses.
✓ Returns are accepted across all product categories, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and meet all other applicable return requirements. Certain items — including batteries, fluids, and clearance merchandise — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
✓ Please do not send back any item until your return request has been officially approved and you have received the prepaid return shipping label along with our return address.
