Standard Shipping is available at no charge on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order requirement.
Expedited Shipping fees are determined at checkout and calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and the distance from the nearest fulfillment center. This approach ensures you’re only charged a rate that accurately reflects your specific shipment. Expedited orders are delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air.
To balance both cost and delivery speed, we work with multiple carriers — including UPS, FedEx, and USPS — selecting the best option for each shipment.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
✓ Signature on Delivery:Signature confirmation is not automatically included. If you require this service, please reach out to our customer support team via live chat or phone immediately after placing your order.
✓ Carrier Assignment:Fast Lane Car Parts LLC reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service level within your chosen shipping method. If you have a carrier preference, please contact our support team before your order ships.

If an item is unavailable or requires special handling, our team will reach out to you promptly to discuss your options — including waiting for restocking, selecting an alternative item, or canceling the order.
Delivery Timeframes: Your order will be dispatched as soon as processing is complete. Actual delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and delivery location.

Delivery estimates are based on historical shipping data and are provided as a general guide only. Fast Lane Car Parts LLC cannot guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe and is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from early or delayed delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number for real-time updates.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our shipping company website by entering your tracking number.
Your shipping confirmation email will include:

All order times are displayed in Pacific Time (PT) unless otherwise indicated.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to stock availability across different warehouse locations or to reduce the risk of damage in transit. You will receive individual tracking details for each package.
Shipping Destinations & Limitations
Our shipping services apply to domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
We deliver to: All 48 continental U.S. states.
We do not deliver to: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Marshall Islands, or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. We are also unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Any orders placed for these locations will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
International Orders: Fast Lane Car Parts LLC does not currently offer international shipping. We do not manage customs clearance, import duties, or any taxes or fees imposed by foreign governments.
P.O. Box Deliveries: We can ship to P.O. boxes for most standard-sized items. However, oversized products that cannot be delivered to a P.O. box will require a physical street address. In such cases, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Common Shipping Issues & How to Resolve Them

Photograph both the damaged packaging and the item, then contact us within 48 hours at support@fastlanecarparts.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
Contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and file a claim if necessary. Reports must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

We will contact you with two options: reship your order at no additional cost, or receive a full refund once the return has been processed. Please note that in cases where an incorrect address results in failed delivery, the customer may be held responsible for the original shipping cost.
